GSNL Sorting and Tray Loading System

GSNL Sorting and Tray Loading System

GSNL machine is an in-line robotic system specially designed to sort and unload small boards to matrix trays. It has two unloading options, unloads to either big trays (Automatic Tray Handler) or small tray (manual loading/unloading).
It has a shuttle working in and out of the Router machine allowing the machine to simultaneously do board sorting while the routing process is in operation. This results in the load/unload time to be parallel with the routing cycle time.
GSNL utilizes SCARA (4axis robot) with a dual gripper end effectors to perform highspeed and highaccuracy PCB transfer. It has an Automatic Tray handler system where operators can access the machine to load and unload output trays without interrupting PCB sorting.
