Handler PM52-DCA is a linear concept base handler designed to fully automate the assembling process of IGBT. It is integrated with high precision glue dispensers and automated screw drivers to assemble & attach the external housing with heatsinks forming a One Complete Module, IGBT. To ensure that the end results meet the stringent requirements, it will perform a final QC inspection after the dispensing.
