Responsibilities

- Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and service calls of our Equipment for all our customers Based especially in Bavarian Region and Europe.
- Carry our retrofits and upgrades on our Equipment
- Independent analysis of process and performance data of our Products
- Defining and implementing measures in close cooperation with engineering and customers
- Assisting in the launching of new products
- Carry out Service Training
- Documentation of Technical issues and Analysis Reporting
- Project Coordination from Purchase of Equipment to Finalisation of Buy-off
Requirements

- Be in possession of Diploma or Degree qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Engineering or similar.
- Familiar with basic coding skills such as Control Programming or PLC Programming.
- Ability to take on responsibility for individual projects and work unsupervised in a committed and responsible way.
- Ability to communicate well with colleagues and customers in a professional manner.
- Organizational and Methodological skills will be considered an Asset.
- Ability to write, present and document clear and understandable reports.
- Good knowledge in German and English.
- Previous Experience in Semiconductor industry will be considered an Asset.
- Willingness and Flexibility to Travel.
- Prioritisation to Customer Satisfaction and Orientation will be considered an Asset.
